數控線(xian)切割工藝分析
在(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)前,模(mo)板已進(jin)行了(le)冷加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)、熱加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong),內(nei)部已產(chan)(chan)生了(le)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)殘(can)留應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li),而(er)殘(can)留應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)是一(yi)個相對平(ping)衡的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)系統,在(zai)數控(kong)(kong)線(xian)切割去除大(da)量(liang)廢料時,應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)隨著(zhu)平(ping)衡遭到破壞而(er)釋放出來。因此,模(mo)板在(zai)數控(kong)(kong)線(xian)切割加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)時,隨著(zhu)原(yuan)有內(nei)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用及火花放電所(suo)產(chan)(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)熱應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang),將產(chan)(chan)生不定向、無(wu)規則的(de)(de)(de)變形,使后(hou)面的(de)(de)(de)切割吃刀(dao)量(liang)厚薄不均,影響(xiang)了(le)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)和(he)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精度。針對此種情況,數控線切割對精(jing)度要(yao)求比較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)模板,通常采用4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)將(jiang)所有(you)型(xing)孔的(de)(de)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)切(qie)掉,取(qu)出(chu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)后(hou),再由(you)機床的(de)(de)自動移(yi)位功(gong)能(neng),完(wan)成第(di)(di)2次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)、第(di)(di)3次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)、第(di)(di)4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)。a切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),取(qu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)→b切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),取(qu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)→c切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),取(qu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)→……→n切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),取(qu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)→a切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)2次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→b切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)2次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→……→n切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)2次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→a切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)3次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→……→n切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)3次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→a切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→……→n切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci),加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完(wan)畢。這種切(qie)割(ge)(ge)方式能(neng)使每個型(xing)孔加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)(de)時(shi)間釋放(fang)內應力,能(neng)將(jiang)各(ge)個型(xing)孔因(yin)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)順(shun)序不同而(er)(er)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)相互影(ying)響、微(wei)量變形(xing)降低到(dao)最小程度,較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)好地保證模板的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)尺寸精(jing)度。但是(shi)這樣加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間太長(chang),穿絲次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)數多,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作量大,增加(jia)(jia)(jia)了(le)(le)(le)模板的(de)(de)制造成本(ben)。另外(wai)機床本(ben)身隨加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間的(de)(de)延長(chang)及溫度的(de)(de)波(bo)動也(ye)會(hui)產生(sheng)蠕變。因(yin)此,根據實際測量和比較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),模板在(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度允(yun)許的(de)(de)情況下(xia),可采用第(di)(di)1次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)統一加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)取(qu)廢(fei)料(liao)(liao)不變,而(er)(er)將(jiang)后(hou)面的(de)(de)2、3、4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)合在(zai)一起進行切(qie)割(ge)(ge)(即a切(qie)割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)2次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)后(hou),不移(yi)位、不拆絲,緊(jin)接著割(ge)(ge)第(di)(di)3、4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)→b→c……→n),或省去第(di)(di)4次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)而(er)(er)做3次(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)(ci)切(qie)割(ge)(ge)。這樣切(qie)割(ge)(ge)完(wan)后(hou)經測量,形(xing)位尺寸基本(ben)符合要(yao)求。這樣既提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)生(sheng)產效(xiao)率,又降低人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),因(yin)此也(ye)降低了(le)(le)(le)模板的(de)(de)制造成本(ben)。
數控線切割工(gong)藝(yi)分析(xi):
(1)預(yu)先(xian)在毛(mao)坯的(de)適(shi)當位置用(yong)穿孔機或電火花成形機加工好Φ1.0—Φ1.5mm穿絲(si)孔,穿絲(si)孔中心與(yu)凸(tu)模輪廓(kuo)線間的(de)引入切割線段長度(du)選取5—10mm。
(2)凸(tu)模的輪廓線與毛(mao)坯(pi)邊緣的寬(kuan)度(du)應至(zhi)少保證在(zai)毛(mao)坯(pi)厚度(du)的1/5。
(3)為后續切(qie)割預留(liu)的連(lian)接部分(暫停點)應選擇在靠近工件毛(mao)坯重心部位,寬度選取(qu)3—4mm(取(qu)決于工件大小,)。
(4)為補償扭(niu)轉變(bian)形,將大部(bu)分的殘留變(bian)形量(liang)留在第1次(ci)粗割(ge)階段(duan),增(zeng)大偏(pian)移(yi)量(liang)至(zhi)0.15—0.18mm。后續(xu)的3次(ci)采用精割(ge)方(fang)式(shi),由于切(qie)割(ge)余量(liang)小,變(bian)形量(liang)也變(bian)小了。
(5)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)外形4次切(qie)割加工(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)后,將(jiang)工(gong)(gong)件用壓縮空(kong)氣吹干(gan)(gan),再用酒精(jing)溶(rong)液將(jiang)毛坯(pi)端(duan)面洗凈,涼干(gan)(gan),然后用粘結劑或液態快干(gan)(gan)膠(通常采用502快干(gan)(gan)膠水)將(jiang)經磨床磨平的(de)厚度約0.3mm的(de)金(jin)屬薄(bo)片粘牢在毛坯(pi)上,再按原先4次的(de)偏移(yi)量切(qie)割工(gong)(gong)件的(de)預留(liu)連接(jie)部(bu)分(fen)(注意(yi):切(qie)勿把膠水滴到(dao)工(gong)(gong)件的(de)預留(liu)連接(jie)部(bu)分(fen)上,以免造(zao)成(cheng)不(bu)(bu)導電而不(bu)(bu)能加工(gong)(gong))。
一般情(qing)況下,凸模(mo)外形規則時,數控線切割加工(gong)(gong)(gong)常將預(yu)留(liu)連接部(bu)分(暫停點(dian),即為(wei)使工(gong)(gong)(gong)件在(zai)第(di)1次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)粗(cu)割后不(bu)與毛(mao)坯完全分離而預(yu)留(liu)下的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)小(xiao)段切(qie)割軌跡線(xian))留(liu)在(zai)平(ping)面位置上(shang)(shang),大部(bu)分精(jing)割完畢后,對預(yu)留(liu)連接部(bu)分只做一(yi)次(ci)切(qie)割,以(yi)后再由(you)鉗(qian)(qian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)修磨(mo)(mo)平(ping)整,這樣可(ke)減少(shao)凸(tu)模(mo)在(zai)中(zhong)走(zou)絲數(shu)控線(xian)切(qie)割上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)費(fei)用(yong)。硬質合金凸(tu)模(mo)由(you)于(yu)材料硬度(du)高(gao)及形(xing)狀狹長等特(te)點(dian),導致加工(gong)(gong)(gong)速(su)度(du)慢且容(rong)易變形(xing),特(te)別在(zai)其形(xing)狀不(bu)規則的(de)(de)(de)情況下,預(yu)留(liu)連接部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)修磨(mo)(mo)給鉗(qian)(qian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)帶來很大的(de)(de)(de)難度(du)。因此在(zai)中(zhong)走(zou)絲數(shu)控線(xian)切(qie)割加工(gong)(gong)(gong)階段可(ke)對工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)行適當的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)整,使外形(xing)尺寸精(jing)度(du)達到要求(qiu),免(mian)除鉗(qian)(qian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)配(pei)前對暫停點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)修磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序。
數控線切割由于硬質合(he)金(jin)硬度高,切(qie)(qie)割(ge)厚度大(da),導致(zhi)加(jia)(jia)工速度慢,扭轉變(bian)形(xing)嚴重,大(da)部分外(wai)形(xing)加(jia)(jia)工及(ji)預留連(lian)接部分(暫停點)的(de)加(jia)(jia)工均采取4次(ci)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)方(fang)式(shi)且兩部分的(de)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)參數和偏移量(Offset)均一致(zhi)。第一次(ci)切(qie)(qie)割(ge)電極(ji)絲(鉬絲)偏移量加(jia)(jia)大(da)至0.15—0.18mm,以(yi)使工件(jian)(jian)充分釋放內(nei)應(ying)力(li)及(ji)完全扭轉變(bian)形(xing),在后面(mian)3次(ci)能夠有足夠余量進行精割(ge)加(jia)(jia)工,這(zhe)樣可使工件(jian)(jian)最(zui)后尺寸得到保證。
